Chan (Hung) and Wong (Lam), aka "Bumbo and the Owl", believe their criminal days are behind them. However, their pasts come back to haunt them when ex-cop Chung returns to blackmail them. Expect action, thrills and laughs in this non-stop rollercoaster tale of blackmail and hijinks.
