Introducing 88 Films' Blu-ray release for Jackie Chan's 1976 film, Shaolin Wooden Men. The film is directed by Chen Chi Hwa (Snake and Crane Arts of Shaolin) and produced by Lo Wei (who helmed Bruce Lee's first two films). As a young boy, Chan witnesses the slaying of his father at the hands of deadly masked kung fu assassin. Once Chan is old enough, he trains as a mute at a shaolin temple to learn the techniques that will enable him to one day avenge the death of his father.
