Introducing Eureka's 3-Disc 4K Ultra HD release for The Police Story Trilogy on SteelBook. Featuring some of the most dangerous stunts ever performed on camera, the Police Story trilogy represents the pinnacle of Jackie Chan’s unique style of Hong Kong action filmmaking. A dazzling blend of gritty action cop drama, impeccably choreographed martial arts sequences and bone-crunching stunt work, this series of films revitalised the Hong Kong action genre and established Jackie Chan as a worldwide superstar.

In Police Story, Chan stars as “super cop” Chan Ka-kui, who faces off against a notorious crime lord in a series of escalating set-pieces that hospitalised several members of the stunt team. Police Story 2 sees Chan demoted to traffic cop after the events of the first film before he is reinstated to the detective unit to tackle a deadly gang of explosive experts in one of the greatest action films ever made. Finally, action superstar Michelle Yeoh joins the series in Police Story 3: Supercop, in which her Inspector Yang Chien-hua teams up with Chan to take down an international drug smuggling ring.

Jackie Chan considers the original Police Story to be his finest film in terms of pure action, while all three entries in the trilogy stand at the pinnacle of genre filmmaking in Hong Kong and consistently appear on lists of the best action movies ever made.
