Catherine (Florence Guérin – The Black Cat) is a model with a vivid imagination and a history of crying wolf about being attacked. But when people close to her start dying in ultra-violent ways, the cops can't ignore her anymore. What does the black gloved killer want with her? And can they be stopped before they get it?

Co-starring Jean Rollin fave Brigitte Lahaie (Fascination), Knife Under the Throat is a French tribute to the Italian Giallo (a jaune?), with gory set-pieces, plentiful nudity and red herrings galore.
