Jack Palance in his CRAZIEST role ever!
Introducing 88 Films' Limited Edition Blu-ray (Region B) for 1974's Craze. A chilling blend of occult horror and psychological thriller, Craze showcases Jack Palance at his unhinged best in a performance that oozes menace, greed, and megalomania. The film is based on the 1967 novel The Infernal Idol by Henry Seymour.
Mild-mannered antiques dealer Neal Mottram (Palance) hides a monstrous secret. Obsessed with an African idol named Tuku, Mottram discovers that ritual sacrifice brings him both wealth and power. What begins as a shocking accident soon descends into a spree of murder, as Mottram lures unsuspecting women to their doom while his fortune and ego grow out of control. But with the police closing in and his delusions spiralling into madness, Mottram’s bloody empire edges toward inevitable collapse.
