Introducing Free Wind's Blu-ray (Region B) release for 2026's Citizen Vigilante. Directed by Uwe Boll and starring Armie Hammer (The Social Network), Citizen Vigilante is a provocative action thriller centred on one of the year's most divisive antiheroes.

A wealthy American businessman (Armie Hammer) transforms into a feared vigilante who targets violent criminals and corrupt judges. As his brutal campaign gains traction online and across the media, he soon becomes a wanted criminal and an unlikely public hero.

The film has attracted attention for its controversial premise, in which the protagonist targets undocumented immigrants responsible for deadly crimes, a storyline that reportedly led to the film being banned in Germany.

The ban drew the attention of Elon Musk, who shared the film online for free, helping it rack up more than 10.5 million views. After its streaming debut, Citizen Vigilante climbed to the No. 1 spot for digital purchases on both Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video.

Originally titled The Dark Knight, a name later changed after a cease and desist from Warner, Citizen Vigilante was positioned as a comeback project for Armie Hammer, who stepped back from Hollywood following a series of sexual abuse allegations.
