One of Hammer’s most unsettling and atmospheric horror classics!
Introducing Studio Canal's 2-Disc 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray for 1971's Blood From The Mummy’s Tomb. Valerie Leon gives a powerful and disturbing performance in dual roles Blood From The Mummy’s Tomb, one of Hammer’s most unsettling and atmospheric horror classics.
Based on Bram Stoker’s The Jewel of Seven Stars, the film follows young Margaret Fuchs (Valerie Leon), whose life becomes entangled with an ancient Egyptian curse after the discovery of the tomb of Queen Tera. As strange visions, violent deaths and supernatural forces begin to surface, it becomes chillingly clear that the Queen’s will may not have died with her body.
Andrew Keir delivers a commanding performance as Professor Fuchs, a brilliant but obsessive archaeologist whose quest for knowledge blinds him to the terrible consequences of disturbing the tomb. As the past reaches out to claim the present, Margaret is drawn ever closer to a fate written thousands of years before her birth.
Dark, seductive and steeped in occult dread, Blood From The Mummy’s Tomb blends gothic horror with psychological unease, building inexorably toward a shocking and unforgettable finale. Rich in atmosphere and Hammer style, it stands as a haunting exploration of obsession, reincarnation and the deadly power of ancient evil.
