Who’s behind Goodie Emporium?

We are cinema fans who specialize in physical media (4K UHD, Blu-ray & DVD). We cover a variety of genres, but our main focus are imports. We also carry related items such as memorabilia, books, toys and even some vintage collectibles. 

Our goal to you? 

Customer service is our #1 priority, so we aim to get your orders to you as efficiently as possible. We will promptly respond to your inquiries and requests. In short, we put you first – and we do this with action, not words. 

How do we calculate your shipping? 

For most of our products, we ship via USPS Media Mail, with Priority Mail available on select items and large checkouts. Generally, here’s how it works:

Isn't Goodie Emporium on eBay too? 

Yes we are! =) Both this website and our eBay store have their own unique features and exclusivities. Although products may vary, we do our very best to give customers a consistent experience on both platforms. You'll most likely find a lot more choices in the toy/vintage category on the eBay store, however, you'll find better deals on here. 

What's our return policy? 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item(s) to make a return. To be eligible for a return of an unwanted item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging unsealed and unopened. 

What's our Pre-order policy? 

We’ll charge your payment when you place your pre-order. Your order will ship around the listed release date once the item arrives from the distributor. Please keep in mind that release dates are subject to change. If the release date changes, no worries! If you decide you’d rather cancel your pre order before it ships, we’re happy to issue a refund or store credit.

We like our products with Mint or Near Mint packaging, and we know you do, too. So, how do we guarantee it?

We pride ourselves on packing every order carefully so your movies arrive in the same condition they left us. We understand collectors, and we want you to expect your title's packaging to arrive in mint or near-mint condition.

While we can’t guarantee that every item will arrive 100% flawless (product packaging-wise), especially when it comes to imported releases, we do our best to account for normal shelf wear and the occasional minor, superficial mark. Some cardboard slipcases, for example, are made from very thin material and can be prone to tiny dings or superficial imperfections, and are sometimes unavoidable. 

That said, we always inspect our inventory for anything more substantial. If we notice a ding, dent, or other imperfection that raises an eyebrow and goes beyond what we would consider typical near-mint condition, we’ll contact you before shipping. We’re especially careful with Limited Editions featuring thicker or rigid slipcases, where collectors understandably expect a higher standard.

Where are we located? 

We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada (and contrary to what you see on TV, there's more to this city than lights, gambling, partying and strippers).
